Yes, we make sure during procurement that the packages and books are intact and in good condition. However, we do not guarantee that the books would not have any markings or scribblings (answers to MCQ questions might be marked or ticked).

Yes, you can if you were a student of the latest batch and used the current or last year's study material . While our procurer will make sure the material is intact, please drop us a mail if your study material is complete and in good condition.

Is this legal? Are you allowed to sell books by coaching institutes like Allen, Resonance, FIITJEE etc?

Yes, this is perfectly legal. We buy original material from the students of the latest batches and resell it to students who need it. As far as reselling is concerned, once an item is sold, the owner can choose to resell it or save it for later as per his purview. Just look at second hand cars, mobile phones or clothes for that matter.

It's very simple. Get in touch with us via phone or email and register your return request. Once approved, you will have to self-return the order through the courier service of your choice at Paperfumes address. Once we receive the package, we will credit the courier cost borne by you along with your order cost to your Paperfumes account which can be used for shopping further.
