Shipping & Returns

We charge absolutely zero fees to ship your order. You can expect your order in 10-15 business days for most of the locations. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not included in business days.

 

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your future order's free shipping eligibility. Once an order is placed, you will be shared a tracking code and redirected to our delivery partners for tracking your shipment.

"Make it Right" Return/Exchange Policy

We carefully vet and inspect each order before shipping and ensure that only the study packages in the best condition are shipped to you. We try to make sure that you love your order but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we're here to make things right. We'll provide a solution as long as you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

1. Our inspection process ensures that your order satisfies the quality benchmark with the booklets in the best of condition. That said, we will not be able to accept return requests for quality issues with your order.

2. However, we do acknowledge that the shipping process can damage the order sometime even to the extent of rendering it unusable. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us at customerservice@paperfumes.com within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

3. After a successful generation of return/refund ticket, you may proceed with the return/refund process. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a pickup service for your return at the moment. However, you can self-ship your order through any courier service of your choice and we would be glad to reimburse the return shipping cost borne by you.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the status of the approval/rejection of your return request. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please get in touch with us at customerservice@paperfumes.com as soon as possible.

 

1. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the cancellation process does not bear any charges.

 

2. In case the order has been shipped, the cancellation process levies a charge of Rs. 200. Incase you receive the shipment, make sure you do not open it and we will schedule a pick-up for the reverse shipping back to our warehouse. We will refund the order value (after deduction of cancellation charges) once we receive the shipment back and conduct the inspection process for any tampering/damage.

 

3. The refund confirmation for all approved cancellations will be conveyed via email.
